Author Note: There will be no imprinting on babies in this fic. I will be making stuff up, diverging from canon in both HP and Twilight. Back histories will be messed with and stuff added and taken away. Roll with it. I’m not overly kind to Bella or Edward.

Summary: Sirius has had plenty of time to examine Harry’s life while trapped in his old house. What he sees, he doesn’t like. His near death in the DoM gives him the opportunity he needs to free his godson and maybe save himself.
Artist: ringspells
Artist Appreciation: My amazing artist was ringspells. She is a rockstar of artists and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the art for my fic. Thank you so much for not only stepping up at the last minute but for making amazing art. You are awesome!
Cant wait to read this
The best HP/Crossover fanfic I’ve read! I love the premise. The idea that Billy and Sirius Black are somehow related is genius! The author dives deep into their connection and it rings true. Also, Sirius getting a clue and taking Harry out of the War entirely is a trope we don’t see often enough. Gypsysue completely ensnared me from the start with these aspects of her fic.
I love the focus on La Push and the Wolves versus Bella and the vamps, which I think is overdone in fanfic. The Bella-Bash was amazing!!!! I didn’t know I needed a huge dose of that, but it’s one of my favorite parts of the story! Bella as a character is boring, Edward is annoying and their romance is just sappy and gross. When Harry called her out, I was ecstatic!!!
The story delved deep into the concept of the Imprint, and reading to find out who would Imprint next was great fun! The author really fleshed out the Res subculture, which I liked a lot. By the time the Cullens enter the fic, it feels very authentic. They were terrific side characters, and I just adored the adoption of the magical children by Jasper, Alice, Rosalie and Emmett!!!
Harry is definitely the star of the story! He’s powerful without being annoying; he keeps his Canon self to a large degree, and loses the “Must Fulfill Prophecy “ aspect that pretty much makes me crazy in fanfic and the Canon.
This is a wonderful story! I savored every moment of the journey! Thank you so much, gypsysue, for giving us this incredible ride! Fabulous in every way.
I can’t conclude my comment without mentioning the artwork in the story. Ringspells is gifted; I have noticed their art previously here, and it’s always smashing! The color scheme and the depiction of the characters is compelling, and I’d have loved to see more illustrations, though Ringspells gave us plenty to enjoy as chapter headers! The artwork complements the story beautifully.
