Notes
There are some season 4 spoilers in this story. I had just started writing this story when season 4 began to air, and something that came up just fit really well into my story (additionally to solving a little plot problem I had later on in the story). Addressing this information here also gave me an opportunity to right away fix some of the problems this new information causes in the earlier seasons.
Aside from the Lone Star cast, I have used Tony DiNozzo from NCIS and JJ Jareau from Criminal Minds in this story.
The title of the story is taken from a line from Ed Sheeran’s song “Photograph”.
