Author Note: I’ve marked this as Violence-Graphic because there are descriptions of fighting with blasters and lightsabers with intent to kill, bad guys being killed, and an attempt to blow someone up. There are no descriptions of blood and gore.

The in story child endangerment is a canonical event where a group of children are stuck in a malfunctioning turbolift due to sabotage.

The events of Melida/Daan are discussed and the permanent injury warning is in regard to Tahl being blinded during her time there.”

Summary: Jedi Master Feemor Stahl had no plans to take on a new padawan when he returned to the temple. The Force, on the other hand, had plans and brought a red-headed initiate crashing into his life. Afterwards, he liked to fondly call the decade that followed – The Kenobi Years.
Artist: Saydria Wolfe
Artist Appreciation: Thank you for the lovely artwork and the time and thought you put into creating them.

Story

Notes

Feemor canonically only has one name with Feemor assumed to be his first. When I fell into a Feemor reading spiral, Stahl was one of the first surnames for him I came across. (Mithril_and_Acorns use it in their series The Librarian’s Lineage, and Ingata used it in the Butterfly Universe series.) I tried to give him a different last name but nothing felt right. Stahl had become my head cannon name for him so I went with it.

I wrote my first fan fiction over twenty years ago to improve my writing skills and fell into the world head first.

5 Comments:

  1. Love!

  2. As I was reading the first part, I kept coming back to the main series page to look at the main art and the cast images because the casting of Feemor was really baking in my brain. I think you may have head-canoned me. I’m just about to start book 2, but that casting of Xanatos feels like it’s going to set like jello in the deep freezer too.

    • Influencing head-canon – The Way

Bradly wasn’t my first choice for Feemor. He didn’t feel right in the images from his King Arthur days, but when I considered Feemor’s age in the series and found more recent images of him with the beard it clicked for me.

I’m pointing my finger and praise at Saydria Wolfe for Xanatos’ casting. It’s who they use. When they shared Ian’s image with me… I was caught – hook, line, and sinker. I think it’s his eyes and smirk that sell it.

      • I have some art I’ve been working on that has Alex Pettyfer in it for Feemor, and I may be so incepted I have to make a switch! You definitely got me hard in the head canon. This is the Way. I’ll definitely blame Saydria for Xanatos. 😉
