Summary: Now that Colonel John Sheppard, had been found and brought home, he faced a long and arduous recovery from his time in captivity. Meanwhile, during his search for the CO, Alex Paddington, aka Tony DiNozzo, uncovered a shocking crime that would rock the residents of Atlantis to its very core. With victims rising and an imminent threat to the safety of Earth’s inhabitants, the case would force him to confront some highly personal demons he wasn’t ready to deal with yet. He never expected while working with the survivors, that they would help him to begin his own journey of healing as well.

Many thanks to Aussiefan70 for all her assistance during the writing of this series, it was priceless! Also, while I don’t write in a vacuum, I did not set out to create something that mirrored so much which is currently going on around us. I set out to fix two episodes of two different shows that outraged me, but each episode aired some years ago, so to that extent, the themes are coincidental but certainly topical. Finally, as an English speaker who doesn’t reside in the US, I use British spellings and grammar conventions.
