  1. I love how you brought the elements into the main series banner. Both pieces for this story are gorgeous, though my favorite is that supplemental piece you did. Wow. Just stunning. Thank you for joining us this year!

  2. Great art! I love the fire and sparks everywhere. The one with old and young Derek is my fave; it’s just terrific. The contrast, balance, color, and feels work together perfectly.

    • I’ll admit I wasn’t looking into those sort of details. I just… it worked well together, I loved how it looked, the feeling it gave me.

      Thanks for the comment

  3. I just wanna say again how much i ADORE the art you did for me. The older and younger Derek is amazing and so inspired. I can’t thank you enough for this!

    • You know it was half accidental? Don’t know if I’ve mentioned that. I was looking for a pic of young Derek for the banner, and I came across the one of his profile, and I was all “this doesn’t work, I need him full on, frontal” but the pic was just so compelling, and then I remembered I had a pic of older Derek’s profile that would work really well, and I had already decided to do a wallpaper for each piece so… Also, the banner already had a lot of ashes, the wallpaper needed more fire (pun entirely intended!).

  4. Your art is beautiful, I love the way you’ve brought Derek’s outer and inner being together in your stunning pieces. I love them!

    • Where the banner was supposed to be about the older-Derek being ‘inside’ the younger one. This one was more of, the two coming together. More balanced than not. Like, the growth from the banner (and the start of the story) to the end.

  5. I love all of it but the supplemental piece is just stunning!

  6. Loved the art! Thank you
